if u wan good services, u need to be fierce and demanding!!! cos the service ppl "qi shan pa er"
see u nice nice then dun bother about u , taking advantage of u being nice and cooperative. But for those fierce customers, they will put more attention in handling them lorz... cos they know they can't offend fierce customers as they will make trouble lah....
for example, u neeed to go bank do something lahz, the first thing u go there, should be fierce and prepare to shout at the staff serving u lahz, then they will pay attention to u and not take advantage of u !
