We Learn Our Mistakes

finally is going to be the last two weeks ler, time past so fast. o did mentioned that time passed so fast during my itp rite?

Anyway, was really tough at times.. Esp this week .... all negative things comes towards my direction...

Firstly, ppl push quotation to me to go call supplier for quotation lor. means i am responsible for one more stuff lah... then the ppl very good lor, leave her work dun do then push all her work to me lor...

i am itp student neh, not even AQS lor, u QS push things to me to do, u not pai seh meh?
then i not responible for the stuff and all de lor, i am not liable de lor.. i judge worngly ler lahz...
the person shit de lor, go outside drinking until 9 plus still come back office claim OT when she nv do anything lo, everyday OT sit down there do nothing, here walk walk there walk walk..

Then she quite smart lor, cos she involve in two projects mah, one side, she say she busy the other side and vice versa...

She was give the smaller portion of stuff and she stay back for ?OT most of the time, but she can't even finish her work ?

WTF

Nvm, i learnt something new here... dun agree to help such ppl let her die manz...

Another thing is, hmm, remember i write about measure floor finishes for MRT station? ya, my quantity was cock up?

Ok, here it goes, on thursdya lah, it was lunch lah, so i happy happy go back my table take my wallet and hp lor, then when i reach my table,

The old man (M) sitting behind mi shouted... F*** the are dun stack man!!!! Who the hell measure XXX MRT station!!!!

At the point of time.. i know it is me liao lah... i diam diam standing in front of him stone lor.. then he shout again. bloody hell!!!!

(M): u count one har.
(ME): ..... .... ....
(M): u go lunch ... nvm ( say in a very bo song manner!!!!)
(ME)... ... (speechless lah)

After lunch har, i know something is not right liao lah, then i nv go back my sit lor, i go another seat to sit lah.. then (M) shouted again lor....

M: Bloody hell, how can the roof area be bigger than the floor area one!!!!
ME: hidding at my seat
M: Next time i will not ask ITP student do my stuff liao %@#(*@^#*&%!!!!!!
ME: still hidding lah...
M: Toh (my colleague) u go through the quantity one by one with that young man!!!!
ME: diam diam

Then toh go thru the stuff with mi lah... then in the end, my quantity is right lor, just slight difference only.... but nvm lor, scold oso scold liao i wat oso no use....

Then i proceed back to my M&E stuff lor, the next day i oso nv go back my seats , cos i need to do stuff at other seats.

Ok lah, i understand he got stress and stuff lah... people oso say he always like that de lah, i quite ok quite ok with it ler...

Anyway this week very fierce lor, i 3 day work until 10 plus then can go home sia.... shitty person lah, push things for me to do, ownself go malaysia holiday... WTH!!!!

ok lor, then i diam diam lor... cos i bo bian mahz... dun do tio scolding lor...

Ok lor.. then hmm, let me see har, oh, my company damn favourism de lor, got one SQS, nv do things one everyday 5.30 go home on the dot de lor.. do project oso no need stay back, bossy de lor, still can be SQS... own project no need do, ask others to do de lor.. all the while oso like that ... But nv tio sack... why leh, cos his mountain very big mah, the 2nd big boss of the company mahz....

then got ppl that come late everyday to work oso nv mah de lor.. 9 plus then come oso nv mind , cos is boss de pet mah... can come late late.... hmm, then still got one Lady lah, is M de pet... do things law by law de lor, can push , she will push de lor.. no need do then she dun do de lor...

anyway, it is alot of experience lah.. and stuff lah...

anyway, i myself chee murtabak... hmm, not bad lor... not full lah... portion like quite little... anywya.. their bundong dinosaur is like wtf lor.. bundong + milo powder = bundong dinosaur?

Haiz, for the entire itp, i been like doing stuff related to mrt stations man.... from the floor finishes to wall finishes to ceiling finishes then to concrete and block wall then to staircase measurements then to balustrades and handrails, and now on m & e servies, doing cable trays, trunking, lightings, cable and equipment....

Thats boring?

Hmmm, i really feel like a perm stuff sia... i just wanna do free and easy stuff for itp....

Anyway, i think i might not continue this course if i go to Uni bahz.... Cos like not much future?
Do like hell oso like that.... one word from boss, u have to redo everything. QS is not easy.... so rush when handlings projects... And u might be staying on with the same project for 2 years or so... Means sure very bored de...

Oh, how come sia, found out that the one i think most chio in the office got no suitors sia,, wth lor... i dun believe it sia... hahaz.... cos she so chio.... still single?

Yah, so fast 6th weeks of itp le, dunno whether it is good or bad, getting to like my workplace le ( only when there is little things to do). If not, it is not very pleasant..

Anyway, one of my colleague say this to me, if cannot finish so what? Live will stop? Time will freeze? No right... Anyway i am IO only, so got anything happened i can just say i dunno , i am IO student...(Last option)

The company OT rate is pathetic , 3.75 dollars/ hour.... No motivation to do OT , When u found out that ur colleague is earning at least 14 dollars/ hour . It is like 4 times lesser lor... ppl work one hour OT equals to me work 4 hours nehz!!!!

Lucky my colleague very good , everytime i stay for OT she will treat me dinner de...
Oh, boss treated me lunch before too, hmmm, of cos ordered the most expensive stuff lah, but most expensive stuff oso not that expensive u see. Hmmm, add up together is about 23 dollars only, one course, one drink and one dessert... =p Oh, the partner (boss) still tot i permanent staff lo... tsk tsk... Cos i silly silly wear formal on saturday mah... Cos no need to wear formal de. anyhow wear oso can de lor.. partner(boss) wear slippers go work sia...


Hmmm, now i doing m & e services le, measuring cables which is not taught in sch and furthermore, it is not a common practice for QS to meausre M & E services lo, so it is tedious u see, everyone is new.... Expected lotsa mistakes =/

Oh, today very interesting the SA sitting behind me say something very interesting lah.. he was saying like, if u got a lot of money and deposit in bank, or wat hong leong fiancing company, U can bargain for the interest rate de lor, i overheard that his interest rate is about 2-3 percent ... and i think he got like at least 200 k inside...

Oh, one think very funny oso, hmmm, like at the end or start of the year, my colleages will recieve some letter for payment of annual dunno wat lah... then need to deduct 60 dollars....
But if u like got the credit card of the bank or like have alot of money in the bank, u can just like call them and act angry and scold them, then, they will say they will waive off the 60 bucks...

Ohoh, now i know something in the company ler, can act blur, u act blur, can dun do then dun do, can push to others then push to others, can dun take then dun take.... Dun act smart go and take and do manz... Do shit job worst still if u can't do them rite manz... HAHAz....

Ot is fun.... can chit chat and gossip with ppl, somemore still got funny colleague go buy beer and drink lor... say wat tired drink beer can boost energy .. =/

Then i find this think very miraclously(miracle) sia, got one colleague is 26 look so young like 22 another colleage 27 look like 30 plus... Wat the... maybe eat too much and work too stress ler bahz... hmmm, hahahz...

I feel that, promises is really hard to keep, at this point of time, u might think that i will do it, i will not leak out the secret / i will blah blah blah . . . .

hmmm, got my results back le, actually got it back last week. Hmmm for the results, quite satisfied with it actually cos it is not what i expected lah...

Talking about grades, it is really quite weird, cos maybe i got the stupid face lah....

At the company, i feel very discouraging... like those Qs and AQS keep saying the job not good, want to change job... job very tiring, pay low, no life... boring.... I can't barely hear some positive stuff overthere, it is really complaining all the times... maybe i shall re-consider whether to continue the course... Haha./.. 3 yrs later bahz...

i got new stuff to do for the next few weeks le, will be doing Electrical- cables, lightings, lightning protection, earthing measurements.. It is actually something new, cos no one really know how to start or where to start... =)

Hmmm, sometimes, u really hate that person or dislike i would say, but u can't possibly say that in the face of the person rite? or can u? Cos if u say ler, wil it make any good?

Now in the company rite, i dun really care what others see me doing or wad ler, if i nothing to do , then i just go to the back and talk lor, cos i am not the only one without work to do... in fact some of the graduates oso very free de u see...

oh, i watched 300 ler.. hmmm, show story line too simple ler,if can stretched more on the fightings parts, then better... the show actually quite no meaning lah, or is it just i cannot appreciate? Cos the story is just trying to show that how the spartans wanna protect its country and how the king be a hero like that lor...

Anyway, today is quite happy at work, cos i get to see the most chio gal in the office, i guess... haha, but she is like older than 22 ... dunno the age ... she look so young, like 20 or 21 only.. Somemore she got very nice sets of teeth... white and straight... oso know how to dress.... =))
too bad she is from another wing, if not can see her more often lah... See oso happy ok .

Anyya, i think my company got quite a number ofnot bad gals to me lah.. let me count (aunties not included)more than 10 bahz... overall the company got like 70 plus ppl so about 20 percent of the gals is got " mei li " (charming) de... Hehee.. i dun think anyone in the company would see this bah..

Sometimes, we just say things for the sake of saying, or just wanna be attention seeker bahz, not really what we mean or wan bahz.

When u get use to something, u tends to forget(not take for granted) about its presences... =)

oh, i tried Uni cycle yesterday.. not successful, just able to mount but not move. Hard to control and balance....
